México .- La exsecretaria de Desarrollo Social, Rosario Robles, fue trasladada la mañana de este miércoles al Reclusorio Sur para una nueva audiencia del proceso que enfrenta por presunto uso indebido del servicio público.
La audiencia se realizará a petición de la defensa de Robles, en prisión preventiva en el Penal de Santa Marta Acatitla desde agosto de 2019 por el caso de los contratos multimillonarios otorgados a universidades y asociaciones civiles mediante empresas fantasma.
De acuerdo con fuentes judiciales, se prevé que la defensa de la también extitular de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu) insista en que a Robles se le otorgue la medida cautelar de prisión domiciliaria.
La acusada interpuso un nuevo juicio de amparo para apelar la resolución del Tercer Tribunal Unitario en materia Penal, que en diciembre ratificó la medida de prisión preventiva justificada.
