Sonora .- El rector de la Universidad de Sonora, Enrique Velázquez Contreras dijo que se analizaría eliminar el examen de admisión en carreras que tienen menos demanda, luego de que el presidente de México, Andrés Manuel López Obrador planea cancelar los exámenes de admisión en las universidades públicas del País.
Sin embargo, esta medida no se puede aplicar en las carreras don más demanda como medina, Odontología, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología, entre otras, al argumentar que se tiene un espacio limitado para alumnos de nuevo ingreso se acuerdo a las aulas disponibles.

“Si recibimos a todos, esas tasas con las cuales sufrimos mucho de retención y de egresos, se vienen para abajo otra vez. Estamos luchando mucho para subirlas”, dijo.
La máxima casa de estudios hará ajustes en su presupuesto para seguir operando con normalidad ante el recorte presupuestal federal.
