México .- El presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador reiteró hoy que no cambiará la política de seguridad del Gobierno Federal, pese a los llamados de la oposición a que así sea.
En su conferencia de prensa matutina, dijo que el Gobierno no puede provocar matanzas ni muerte de población civil en el marco del combate al crimen organizado, y criticó a administraciones anteriores que actuaron de esa forma.
No sé cómo pueden dormir quienes piensan o les tocó actuar de esa manera. Solo con altas dosis de relajantes porque eso es muy fuerte. Nosotros dijimos con mucha claridad que no íbamos a continuar con esa estrategia”, señaló.
A los que piensan de esa manera, decirles que no vamos a modificar la política de seguridad, no vamos a apostar a la guerra y exterminio. Vamos a respetar la vida y la paz”, expresó el mandatario.
