Sonora .- Las parejas en unión libre, del mismo sexo y familiares podrían obtener un crédito con el Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) a partir del año 2020.
El propósito de la instancia federal es conseguir una mayor flexibilidad para conseguir los mejores créditos posibles.
Actualmente, estos créditos se otorgan a parejas casadas quiees pueden unir sus créditos para comprar o renovar una casa.
Con la nueva modalidad de Infonavit, significaría que dos hermanos, o un padre e hijo, o las parejas en unión libre y del mismo sexo podrían unir sus créditos.
El Infonavit analiza que los patrones puedan conseguir créditos, ya que, hasta ahora, este servicio solamente funciona para los trabajadores.
También hay una propuesta para que trabajadores freelance paguen sus cuotas para conseguir créditos.
