Sonora .- Para evitar afectaciones a la actividad industrial en Sonora, Index Sonora buscará un amparo de la justicia federal en contra de la huelga general de la CTM convocada para el próximo 08 de julio, así lo dio a conocer Gerardo Vázquez Falcón.
El dirigente de Index Sonora, organismo que aglutina a las maquiladoras, explicó que el equipo de abogados de la organización ya trabaja en la integración de los elementos necesarios para basar el recurso de amparo que se interpondrá.
“Nosotros a través de las empresas estamos promoviendo un amparo, ante el peligro inminente ye l temor fundando de causar daño a nuestras garantías individuales como empresas y constitucionales”
Vázquez Falcón, señaló que no se trata de una postura novedosa de Javier Villarreal Gámez, de quien dijo ya ha afectado a la economía con posiciones similares.
“Este señor le debe a Sonora cuatro mil empleos del año pasado, en el año pasado, en el 2017 nosotros cerramos con 129 mil empleos, 2018 128 mil, y ahora tenemos mil empleos en el 2019”
