Yuma .- Los agentes de la estación de Blythe que trabajan en el puesto de control de inmigración de la autopista 78 arrestaron a un residente permanente admitido y a un ciudadano de los Estados Unidos por el transporte de más de 9 libras de metanfetamina durante el fin de semana.
El domingo por la tarde, un agente canino alertó sobre un olor en un vehículo Toyota Corolla.
Los agentes remitieron el vehículo a una segunda inspección y registraron una hielera que contenía bolsas de colores brillantes disfrazadas de paletas.
Los oficiales determinaron que se trataba de metanfetaminas con un peso aproximado de 9.21 libras.
La conductora del auto, de 28 años y un hombre, de 38 fueron arrestados.
