México .- Una avioneta con dos pasajeros perdió contacto con autoridades de aviación tras despegar del Aeropuerto Internacional de Hermosillo, General Ignacio Pesqueira y dirigirse a Guerrero Negro en Baja California Sur. Hasta el momento se desconoce su paradero.
La subsecretaria de Protección Civil de Baja California Sur informó en su cuenta de Twitter de la aeronave Cessna 208 Caraban, con matrícula XA-TWN perdió contacto a 49 millas náuticas sobre el Mar de Cortés.
Medios locales reportaron que la avioneta, perteneciente a una empresa comercial debía llegar a las 08:15 horas de este martes a Guerrero Negro, sin embargo, nunca arribó al destino.
Por ello se activó un protocolo de búsqueda en el que participa la Marina Armada de México, así como una aeronave del gobierno de Sonora que realiza sobrevuelos en la zona donde se perdió contacto con la avioneta.
El piloto ha sido identificado como Alfonso Palomares Navarrete y el pasajero como Carlos Omar Zárate Camacho, originario de Santa Rosalía, Baja California Sur.
