Estados Unidos .- Una mujer en Texas murió atacada por sus dos perros que estaban en cuarentena en una clínica veterinaria debido a un ataque previo, informó la policía.
La policía local informó que Johana Villafane, de 33 años, oriunda de la ciudad de Irving, falleció el sábado en un hospital de Dallas.
Autoridades detallaron que la mujer había ido a la clínica veterinaria para darle de comer a sus dos pitbull terriers y estaba en una zona de ejercicios cuando fue atacada.
Los perros estaban tan agresivos que los paramédicos inicialmente no pudieron acercarse a Villafane. Un policía mató a tiros a ambos animales y la mujer fue llevada al hospital.
El comunicado no dio detalles sobre el incidente inicial que llevó a encerrar a los dos perros.
