Coahuila .- Las armas que utilizó el menor de 11 años de edad para cometer el tiroteo en el Colegio Cervantes de Torreón, Coahuila, pertenecían al abuelo y no tenía permiso para su uso.
El Fiscal del estado Gerardo Márquez Guevara informó lo anterior y añadió que el abuelo, se reservó su derecho a declarar al respecto.
Puntualizó que están a punto de concluir la primera etapa de las investigaciones y conforme avancen las mismas se tendrá una situación más clara para conocer el tipo de responsabilidad en la que incurrió el familiar del niño.
Eran propiedad del abuelo, se encontraban en la casa y no hay ninguna justificación legal para tenerlas en su domicilio”.
Márquez Guevara sostuvo que se han entrevistado entre 25 a 30 personas por los hechos registrados en Torreón, en el Colegio Cervantes.
