México .- La captura de Emilio Lozoya, exdirector de Pemex, derivará en investigaciones contra otros personajes ligados a los casos de corrupción en proceso, aseveró en entrevista con EL UNIVERSAL el fiscal General Alejandro Gertz Manero.
La detención de Lozoya Austin, afirma el fiscal, “está ratificando las investigaciones y los casos que ya hemos abierto, que son más de 10. Éstos, se ve con toda claridad, tienen un denominador común: hay un sistema, una forma de operar“.
Este jueves, un juez español consideró suficiente el nivel de riesgo de que Lozoya intente fugarse, por lo que negó la fianza y dictaminó su ingreso en prisión provisional. Al respecto, Gertz consideró que la situación del exfuncionario es muy delicada, “porque ya está preso y ahí va a llevar a cabo su defensa“.
Sobre el caso, el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador rechazó que exista un “pacto secreto” de impunidad con Enrique Peña Nieto.
