Chihuahua .- El exdirector de Adquisiciones y Servicios de la Secretaría de Hacienda y exdiputado federal del PRI, Antonio Enrique Tarín García, fue declarado culpable del delito peculado en perjuicio de Gobierno del Estado de Chihuahua.
El fallo condenatorio se emitió por unanimidad este lunes por el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento del Distrito Judicial Morelos, en el Juicio Oral 87/2019 y será el viernes 19 de julio cuando se lleve a cabo la audiencia de individualización de sanciones.
La Fiscalía General del Estado, como resultado de los trabajos efectuados en el marco de la “Operación Justicia para Chihuahua”, logró acreditar la coautoría en el desvío de 2 millones 420 mil pesos del erario.
Cabe hacer mención que este es el primer fallo en contra de Antonio Enrique Tarín García, de varios procesos penales que tiene por hechos de la misma naturaleza.
Por estos hechos ya fueron sentenciados en Chihuahua el exdiputado local del PRI Fernando Mariano Reyes Ramírez y el empresario Iván Elí Sánchez Jasso.
El órgano técnico presentó más de 90 pruebas, entre las cuales destacan múltiples declaraciones de testigos, informes, documentos, peritajes, evidencia contable, documentales públicas y bancarias.
