Sonora .- El Congreso del Estado ha aprobado la ley conocida como “Antimoches”, a través de la cual se endurecen las sanciones en contra de los funcionarios públicos que sean responsables del delito de cohecho.
La presidenta de la comisión anticorrupción María Dolores del Río Sánchez, señaló que se trata de una iniciativa que nace a propuesta de Coparmex, donde se busca sancionar con más dureza el delito de cohecho, mejor conocido como los moches.
“Es agravar el cohecho, a aquellos funcionarios que manejan el recursos público, tesoreros, secretarios de hacienda, y a quienes vigilen también el uso de este recurso público, contralores, Isaf, etcétera”
La legisladora local, explicó que bajo este supuesto las sanciones para los servidores públicos que sean encontrados como responsables, se harán acreedores a una sanción de hasta nueve años de prisión.
