México .- El presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador aseguró que le ha ofrecido en venta el avión presidencial a su homólogo de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, e incluso que la aeronave sea pagada en especie.
“Si estamos haciendo gestiones con el gobierno de Estados Unidos: Les entregamos el avión y paguen en especie, necesitamos ambulancias, equipos de rayos equis, tomógrafos, entre otros”, aseguró el mandatario en su conferencia de prensa mañanera en Palacio Nacional.
El presidente de México también invitó a las empresas nacionales a que adquieran el avión presidencial.
“Ya he hablado con algunos, en una reunión que hubo hice el planteamiento, son 12 partes y el avión se queda en México, ellos le podrían dar un uso adecuado y nos ayudan porque de alguna manera ese dinero lo podríamos etiquetar para equipo médico, a todo lo que hace falta para mejorar la atención en hospitales públicos para la gente que más lo necesita”, dijo.
El mantenimiento de la aeronave ha tenido un costo de 28 millones de pesos, 13 millones se destinaron para conservación y 15 millones de mantenimiento, informó el general Manuel de Jesús Hernández González, comandante de la Fuerza Aérea Mexicana.
