Hermosillo .- Un total de 16 demandas judiciales interpondrá Promotora Inmobiliaria contra particulares en 2020, ya que no han pagado el terreno en donde edificaron locales comerciales, dijo su titular María Antonieta Laso.
Los predios son propiedad del Ayuntamiento de Hermosillo y para ayudar a los ciudadanos, explicó que se decidió vender estas propiedades a particulares, pero no liquidado.
Con las demandas se busca que los particulares paguen o retiren su negocio.

“Van a arrancar esos juicios y, digo, la obligación de nosotros es resguardar y defender y recuperar nuestro patrimonio a través de esta dependencia”, mencionó.
Algunos de los terrenos miden 12 mil metros cuadrados con un valor de más de 7 millones de pesos.
