Hermosillo .- La Dirección de Atención Canina y Felina de Hermosillo analiza suspender por algunos días las jornadas de esterilización en perros y gatos en agosto próximo debido a que altas temperaturas perjudican la recuperación de las mascotas, informó su titular Jorge Humberto Zepeda Arredondo.
Dijo que se cuenta con una unidad móvil con aire acondicionado, pero este aparato no se da abasto cuando se presentan altas temperaturas extremas.
“Estamos viendo la posibilidad de parar algunas días por el calor. Cuando vengan el verano y más fuerte el calor, posiblemente paremos unos días porque la recuperación es más lenta en las mascotas, pero ahorita estamos trabajando continuamente colonia tras colonia”, dijo.
A través de la página de Facebook del Centro de Atención Canina y Felina, agregó, se darán a conocer las fechas que se suspenderá la jornada.
